I joined the Locarno Film Festival in 2013 and was appointed director in 2017. In this capacity, I oversee the festival’s operational and financial management, as well as the network of private and public partners. I also drive the internal coordination and enhancement of the festival’s infrastructure and programming. Working closely with the artistic team, I focus on the strategic development of the festival, prioritizing digital innovations and engagement with younger audiences. Since my arrival, fundraising has been a key area of my work. Additionally, I serve on various committees, including as Co-President of Swiss Top Events, and since 2021, as President of Eventi letterari Monte Verità.
