Karina is a retail professional with 13 years of experience in the areas of M&A, Pricing, Marketing, and General Management in Fashion and FMCG on- and off-line where she has led successful turnaround and growth initiatives. She served as Global Managing Director for Fogal of Switzerland before joining Digitec Galaxus, Switzerland’s largest e-commerce player. As the Leader Category Management Supermarket, she has the P&L responsibility for the sector and is in particular responsible for supplier partnerships and overall assortment as well as buying, pricing, and marketing for Food & Beverage, Near Non Food, Pet Care, and Stationery in Switzerland as well as in Galaxus’ European markets. Karina holds a BA in Management & Economics from the University of Zurich and an MSc in International Management from HEC Lausanne.
