Francesca Biraghi is an experienced finance professional with expertise in auditing, strategic business planning, and M&A. Following her Master’s Degree in Administration, Finance, and Control from Bocconi University in Milan, Francesca began her career at PwC, specialising in the Tech and Telecommunications industries and navigating fast-paced, international environments. She then completed an MBA at SDA Bocconi, focusing on the development of her leadership, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills.

In 2019, she joined lastminute.com, the European Travel-Tech leader in Dynamic Holiday Packages. Currently serving as Corporate Development Director, her primary goal is to help the business identify and capitalise on strategic growth opportunities.
