In addition to his corporate roles, Mattia is an entrepreneur who has founded and successfully developed multiple startups. His entrepreneurial spirit continues to fuel his innovative approach to business growth and digital ecosystems. He holds an Executive MBA in Digital Transformation, certifications in Agile Management, and has completed the “Managing Disruptive Growth” program at the University of Oxford.
